Come enjoy the ancient practice of yoga, combine with stand-up paddleboarding. These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water. Yoga practice brings balance, and restores all bodily symptoms by creating physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. Both yoga and stand-up paddle boarding are great for building balance, coordination, and body strength.

1. SUP 101 – Learn to Paddleboard
Intro class for first-time or beginner paddlers
Duration: 75 minutes
Includes: Safety basics, paddle technique, turning, balance, launching + landing

2. SUP Yoga – Gentle Yoga Flow on Water
Breath-led, all-levels yoga practice on paddleboards
Duration: 75 minutes
Includes: Grounding, breathwork, balance work, and floating savasana
Price:
$45 per class
3. SUP Fusion – Paddleboarding + Yoga Experience
Signature 2-hour class combining SUP 101 and Yoga
Duration: 120 minutes
Includes: 45-minute paddleboarding intro + 60-minute floating yoga class

Meet Your Founder
Michele Marie is a trauma-informed yoga therapist, master SUP trainer (trained by pro athlete Gillian Gibree of Paddle Into Fitness), and lifelong movement educator. She's the founder of No Mud No Lotus LLC and Yoga on Water LLC, and her mission is to create spaces where women can reconnect—with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Move at a gentle pace as you balance the mind and body through meditation, breathing techniques, and asanas (physical postures) in this hatha-style class. Postures are often held longer to slowly release tension, free the joints, cleanse the body, and enable the mind to quiet. The class culminates to blissful relaxation on your board, leaving you feeling happy and free.
